Find Your Own Path: Quick Self-Service Solutions

Most issues you’re dealing with? You can fix them yourself in about two minutes.

I built this section because I kept hearing the same frustrations. People getting locked out of their accounts right before a hike. Payment methods failing when they needed trail updates most.

You shouldn’t have to wait for someone to email you back.

Password & Login Issues

Forgot your password? It happens. Click the “Reset Password” link on the login page and check your email. The reset link expires after 24 hours so don’t wait around.

If you’re not getting the email, check your spam folder first (I know, obvious, but you’d be surprised). Still nothing? Your email might not be in our system. Try the email you used when you first signed up.

Getting an “account locked” message? That usually means too many failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again. Or call 6159861787 if you need in RIGHT NOW.

Updating Your Account Information

Need to change your billing address or update a credit card? Log into your dashboard and click Account Settings. Everything’s there.

Your payment method about to expire? We’ll email you a week before but you can update it anytime. Just make sure the billing address matches what your bank has on file or the payment won’t go through.

Subscription Management

Want to check your subscription status or change your plan? Head to the Subscriptions tab in your account.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your membership from there. Pausing is useful if you’re not hiking for a few months but want to keep your saved trails and navigation basics how to find your way in the forest safely and confidently bookmarks.

Changes take effect at your next billing cycle unless you upgrade. Upgrades happen immediately because you’re paying more.

You signed up. Now what?

I hear this question all the time. People join and then can’t find half the stuff they paid for.

Let me walk you through it.

Your trail guides live in the Resources tab. Click it and you’ll see everything you’ve purchased or that came with your membership. You can view them right there or download PDFs to your phone. (Trust me, you want them downloaded before you lose signal on the trail.)

The mobile version works the same way. Just tap Resources and you’re good to go.

Now, the mindfulness content is under Audio Library. That’s where I keep all the meditation sessions and nature soundscapes. You can build playlists if you want. Save your favorites for offline use by hitting that little download icon next to each track.

Some members say they prefer streaming. That’s fine too. But when you’re deep in the woods without service, offline access matters.

Here’s something you might not know. Member-only articles show up under the Community section. That’s also where you’ll find wellness tips and the forums where other members share what’s working for them.

Troubleshooting Common Technical Issues

Look, I’m going to be honest with you.

Most technical problems you’ll run into here have simple fixes. The kind that make you feel a little silly once you figure them out (we’ve all been there).

When Content Won’t Load

First thing I do? Clear my browser cache. It sounds basic but it works about 80% of the time.

If that doesn’t help, check your internet connection. I know it seems obvious but you’d be surprised how often that’s the culprit.

Still nothing? Try a different browser. Sometimes Chrome acts up when Firefox works fine.

Download Problems

Here’s what usually goes wrong. Either you don’t have enough storage space or your connection dropped mid-download.

Check your available storage first. Then try the download again on a stable connection.

The app acting weird? Restart it. Seriously, that fixes most problems.
